Dear Colleagues:<\/p>\n

When we unveiled the Truman State University 2021-2025 Strategic Plan<\/a>, we announced that there would be a Strategic Plan Oversight Committee (SPOC) responsible for assessing the University\u2019s progress in achieving the goals of this plan by monitoring the Foundational Metrics utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). <\/a><\/p>\n

This May we plan to launch the work of this committee in earnest.\u00a0 The committee will be chaired by Roberta Donahue, Professor of Health Science, who will be serving as the Strategic Plan Coordinator<\/a> for all campus monitoring efforts.\u00a0 Roberta will be joined by the following individuals whose expertise will be invaluable to our success:<\/p>\n

Nancy Asher, Registrar
\nDean DeCock, Professor of Statistics and Director of Assessment
\nArletta Nelson, Assistant to the Vice President for Administration, Finance and Planning
\nTammy Roberts, Director of Administrative Computing
\nJonathan Vieker, Director of Retention and Student Success
\nSteve Wynn, Associate Dean of Libraries for Technical Services and Systems<\/p>\n

This team will be doing truly important work on behalf of our University, and I thank them in advance for their time and dedication regarding this effort.<\/p>\n
