On May 28, 2021, the CDC issued Interim Public Health Recommendations for Fully Vaccinated People<\/em> (https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/coronavirus\/2019-ncov\/vaccines\/fully-vaccinated-guidance.html<\/a>).\u00a0 <\/em>Key among the recommendations is that fully vaccinated <\/strong>people can \u201cResume activities without wearing masks or physically distancing, except where required by federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules and regulations, including local business and workplace guidance.\u201d<\/p>\n

To get an understanding of the percentage of our campus that is fully vaccinated, please go to https:\/\/forms.gle\/t2keXUvbx4TDDg6C7<\/a> to share your vaccination status.\u00a0 When the Google login is presented, you will need to enter your Truman email address to complete the survey.<\/p>\n

The site is available now through the close of business on Monday, June 21.<\/p>\n

There are only two questions:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Are you fully vaccinated for COVID-19?<\/li>\n
  2. If you answered \u201cno\u201d, do you plan to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 before the start of the Fall semester?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Vaccination status is being collected to have knowledge about the campus as a whole.\u00a0 You will not be contacted about your individual vaccination status, nor will it be shared with anyone.<\/p>\n

    Truman\u2019s success in taking on the challenges of the pandemic is the result of all of us \u2013 faculty, staff, and students \u2013 stepping up and doing what it takes to keep one another safe and well.\u00a0 Sharing your vaccination status is a quick and easy way to continue this commitment to one another.<\/p>\n
