Brett Collins and Xiang Li, Charles Tomlinson &amp; Ngoc Thai and have become the 18<sup>th<\/sup> and 19th Truman State teams to be designated with an award in this international math contest.\u00a0This year the contest had solutions submitted from 2775 teams representing 17 countries.\u00a0 Both Truman State teams won \u201c<strong>Honorable Mention<\/strong>\u201d awards for their solution to the discrete problem.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Congratulations to both of our Mathematical Contest in Modeling teams.\u00a0 Our teams this year were Huan Truong, Hoang Pham &amp;
