The Math Association of America is sponsoring a poker night for math and cs majors, minors, and friends. 5pm Friday Dec 2 in the VH commons.

Several Math and CS students and faculty play bughouse chess in VH2225 (the green study room outside Dr. Erickson’s VH2238 office) each Friday afternoon at 3:30pm. Skill is not really required. If you are interested, show up any time or contact Dr. Erickson <erickson@truman.edu> or Libby Oliver <eao2631@truman.edu>if you have questions.

KME will be hosting Minute to Win It games this Saturday, September 24 in Upper VH (in the common area) at 2:00pm. This will be a fun way to get to know other math and computer science students.

Kappa Mu Epsilon, the mathematics honor fraternity, is meeting at 5pm Tuesday September 20th in VH 1148. All are welcome.

The annual student-faculty softball game/picnic is scheduled for 4:30 PM Friday April 29th at Jaycee Park. Softball game at 4:30 PM, picnic at 6:00 PM people can feel free to come to one event and skip the other if they like.
