Putnam Exam Results
March 28, 2011Congratulations to Zachary Whitehouse, Charles Tomlinson, Xiang Li, Christopher Duda, Elizabeth Oliver, Ujwal Sapkota, and Joseph Palmer, who participated in the 2010 William Lowell Putnam Mathematical Competition. There were 4296 contestants from 546 institutions in the 71st competition held December 4, 2010. The Truman Team consisting of Zachary Whitehouse, Charles Tomlinson, and Xiang Li was ranked 52, our highest rank to date. Special congratulations to Zachary Whitehouse whose score ranked him 214.5.
