The treadmill has a top speed of 26 miles per hour. This can be helpful for high speed training to develop running speed. It is also useful for determining maximum oxygen intake testing using the 40\u00b0 incline.<\/p>\n<p>The treadmill can be used for rehabilitation since it has an unloading system capable of reducing the user\u2019s body weight, allowing them to walk or run at lighter body weight.
