\"ES<\/a>This past weekend students from ES 506 Advanced Sport Management hosted a family fishing day at Spur Pond.\u00a0 Over 150 people came out for a fun afternoon of fishing and lots of fish were caught!\u00a0 The event received support from the Missouri Department of Conservation which provided fishing poles and goodie bags for kids and the Kirksville Bait Shop donated bait.\u00a0 Other events for kids this semester are a Dive in Movie (March), Frisbee Golf (April 27) and the Hershey\u2019s Track and Field Meet (May 4)-for more information about these events contact the Kirksville Parks and Recreation Department 627-1485 or www.kirksvillecity.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
