Sam Friedman, Exercise Science senior, was fortunate enough to be accepted for a 10 week Summer Internship in Atlanta Georgia with the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League for the Summer of 2012. Sam’s official title will be Group Ticket Sales Intern and he will be working in the Front Office within the Ticket Sales Department. Throughout the summer Sam will be responsible for tasks such as selling tickets via telemarketing and establishing new relationships with youth and community organizations, as well as working booths at various community events. Sam said “It will be an exciting experience, not only working with a professional sports team, but to be living by myself in a city that is much different than Kirksville. I am more than positive that the hard work and dedication which I’ve learned at Truman throughout my first three years will only help throughout the internship.” We look forward to hearing about your experiences.
