The student displays include work from the sculpture and photography areas.<\/p>\n<p>The community is invited to a Featured Artist reception at the gallery this Friday, Dec. 2, from 5:30 &#8211; 7 p.m.\u00a0 Artist Steve Easterwood will be on hand to talk about his paintings and attendees will have the chance to win a free painting, titled \u201cRetired.\u201d The drawing for the artwork will be between 6:00 and 6:30 p.m. during the reception.<\/p>\n<p>Another Featured Artist reception will be on Friday, Jan. 6, featuring work by artist Judy Harris.<\/p>\n<p>Truman students featured in the exhibition in December include Larissa Sullivan, Madee Richardt, and Madi Pearson from sculpture (working under the direction of instructor Danielle Yakle), and Stephanie Best, Athena Geldbach, Austin Hornbostel, Haley Johnson, Madison Kamp, Lu Meng, Kara Nord, and Zoe Zaiss from photography (working with instructor Amanda Breitbach).<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_997\" style=\"width: 690px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.truman.edu\/art\/files\/2016\/12\/image.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-997\" class=\"wp-image-997 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.truman.edu\/art\/files\/2016\/12\/image-765x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"image\" width=\"680\" height=\"910\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.truman.edu\/art\/files\/2016\/12\/image-765x1024.jpeg 765w, https:\/\/blogs.truman.edu\/art\/files\/2016\/12\/image-224x300.jpeg 224w, https:\/\/blogs.truman.edu\/art\/files\/2016\/12\/image-768x1028.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/blogs.truman.edu\/art\/files\/2016\/12\/image-1380x1848.jpeg 1380w, https:\/\/blogs.truman.edu\/art\/files\/2016\/12\/image.jpeg 1936w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-997\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Professor Danielle Yakle preparing display of student work at Gallery 104 in Kirksville.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Gallery 104 is located at 104 N.
