Classes are now in full swing and it's been a beautiful week in Kirksville! <\/p>\n

Some recent (and not-so-recent) grads have shared news with us this summer about where they are and what they are doing and that's included here below.  If you are an alum and have news to share with the Department, please let us know!  We can be reached by e-mail at art@truman.edu or you can fill out this form<\/a>.  We'd love to hear from you!<\/p>\n

Joyce Wong <\/strong>(Studio Art, 2011) is attending graduate school at Maine College of Art in Portland, Maine (for a MFA in Fibers).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dr. Ryan Gregg <\/strong>(Art History, 1999) has just been awareded a tenure-track job in Art History at Webster University in St. Louis.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Anna Youngyeun<\/strong> (Studio Art, 2011) is a graduate student in Fibers at University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Valerie Lazalier<\/strong> (Art History, 2011) is beginning graduate degrees in both Information and Library Science and Art History at Indiana University.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jen Teter <\/strong>(Studio Art, 2002) is Director of Education at the Quincy Art Center, and also teaches Ceramics at John Wood Community College in Quincy, Illinois.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Julie <\/strong>(Pincus) Glossenger <\/strong>(Studio Art, 2009) is teaching at Chesterfield Elementary School in Chesterfield, Missouri.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rosemary Melton<\/strong> (Studio Art, 2010) is a Kindergarten-5th Grade Art teacher at both Lewis & Clark Elementary School and Gibson Elementary School in the Riverview Gardens School District.<\/p>\n

Jasmine <\/strong>(Fry) Cloud <\/strong>(Art History, 2002), doctoral candidate in the History of Art at Temple University, has just moved to Italy for the next two years where she will be a Kress Foundation Institutional Fellow at the Biblioteca Hertziana in Rome.<\/p>\n

Brianne Fulton <\/strong>(Studio Art, 2002) teaches at Art at Crowder College in Neosho, Missouri.<\/p>\n

Katherine Eusey<\/strong> (Art History, 2006) is pursuing a Masters Degree in Middle Eastern Studies at Tel Aviv University in Israel.<\/p>\n
