Comer’s Bulldog Reunion

Comer’s Bulldog Reunion

June 30, 2015

The 22nd annual “Comer’s Bulldog Reunion” was held June 26-28, 2015, in Nashville, Ill. Bulldog athletes from the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s gathered once again at the home of Paul Comer (’68) for fellowship, socials, storytelling and an 18-hole golf scramble at the Nashville Country Club.

Comer’s Bulldog Reunion is believed to be Truman State University’s longest-running alumni event in the field. An event has been held every year since 1993 with the exception of 2007.

The team of Pete Cirrantano and Bill Seaman shot an 8-under 64 to capture the golf scramble title. Bulldogs again enjoyed the company of long-time coach Bill Richerson, (’53), who traveled from Glen Ellyn, Ill., to participate.
