Since storage space is so cheap, I’ve never understood why we are so tightly limited on Y drive space. Nor did I know that we could request more than 4GB, and I have done so now. I rely on the Y drive to have PPT, audio, and video files available in the classroom, and I always need more space for these files than I am allowed–which means I have to keep replacing files and inevitably end up not having available what I need in the classroom.

This policy seems to make sense.
