Information Technology Services Upgrades Campus Fiber Network
Truman Information Technology Services (ITS) is upgrading the campus fiber network. The fiber optic network provides network and cable TV services for the campus.
Phase one of the fiber upgrade was completed in December with new fiber installed to McClain Hall, Pickler Memorial Library, the Student Union, Magruder Hall and Violette Hall.
Phase two is currently underway and should be completed by mid-summer. When phase two is complete most campus buildings will have new fiber optic service.
