Digital TVFebruary 18, 2008
Exactly one year from today, on Feb 18th, 2009, all television will be transmitted digitally instead of by analog. This may scare some people, and it may come as a surprise to others. The truth of the matter, though, is that if you already have a TV that receives Cable or Satellite, you’ll be just fine. Digital TV’s are obviously going to be fine as well. The only change you will have to make is if you own a TV that receives its signal through rabbit ears or some other form of antenna. At that point, a converter box will be needed to receive the digital signal, but it is said that the government will help pay for that.
