The Relay for Life Team hosted the Fourth Annual two-mile run/walk on April 13, 2010. This is an event held at night on the track, Each participant is given glowsticks to wear to light up the track. Campus and community members came out to support the Relay Team and enjoyed the wonderful weather.
PEK’s Relay For Life Team held a fundraiser on March 27, 2010. During the preceding week students donated money for the Professor of their choice to be pied in the face. Dr. Carla Smith, Dr. Jeremy Houser, and Dr. Joe Visker were the lucky winners. PEK members received the privilege of Pieing. It was a successful event that was followed by the professors getting back at some of their Pie-ers!
