Need a job to help finance your education? Truman is looking for Graduate Community Directors for the 2014-2015 school year.
The Graduate Community Director (GCD) is a position that comes with a number of meaningful experiences including direct supervision of a staff of 8, oversight of 1 Residence Hall & 4 Apartment Complexes (approximately 260 residents) and management of the budget for these areas. The GCD is also a position that offers great benefits including a number of opportunities for professional development, a full meal plan, an on campus apartment (this is a live on position), an award covering up to 9 credit hours per semester and a stipend of $3,500.
To apply for the GCD position the following application materials will be required: Resume, cover letter addressing the applicant’s interest in the position, and three letters of recommendation. Application materials should be submitted to the Residence Life office in 1100 Missouri Hall by 5pm on January 15, 2014.
Please note that all Truman State University graduate students who are in good standing with the University are eligible for this position. We do understand that some students may not have knowledge of their acceptance status prior to the application deadlines. ResLife will offer a position based on acceptance. Should an applicant be offered the position but not be accepted in to a graduate program at Truman this applicant will not be eligible to serve in this position. Once an applicant has submitted a complete application we will work with the applicant to schedule an interview.

January 20-24: GCD interviews
January 27: GCD notifications
