Truman alumnus Brian Jacobs’ visit

November 14, 2022

Truman alumnus Brian Jacobs, B.A. Music/German ‘15, MAE Music Education ‘17, dedicated part of his last visit to campus to spend time with MAE and pre-MAE language students talking about the joys and challenges of language instruction. After Truman, Jacobs went on to receive a Graduate Certificate in Teaching German from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2021 and is currently teaching German levels II, IV Honors, and V AP at Lindbergh High School where he also serves as the German Exchange Program with the Geschwister School Gymnasium in the St. Louis sister city Stuttgart.

What a great time with past, present, and future language teachers! #GoBulldogs #TrumanMAE
